It is important to us that you are 100% satisfied with our products. If in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to contact our customer support team at info@mid-evil.com within 30 days of receipt of your item.
If the item you received from us is not the item you ordered or it is damaged in some way, we will make every effort to replace it as soon as possible or we will gladly take back the item and credit you the merchandise price along with shipping and handling costs.
Should you wish to return a product, please ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it in and that it is appropriately packaged to protect it from damage during transit. All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee unless we determine that the product was sent to you in error or was defective in some way.
Please note: that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to the seller).

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
To make a return, please take the following steps:
- Before returning any products please contact us first at 844-556-4747 or info@mid-evil.com.
- Ship the item back in the original packaging. If that is not possible, please wrap the item in bubble wrap or other quality padding and place in an appropriate box. The item must be securely wrapped inside the box during transport as we cannot be responsible for shipping damages, and please obtain tracking information in case the package is lost in transit.
- All returned items must be in original packaging with all parts intact.
- Include a note containing your name, shipping address, phone number and email, and reason for the return.
- Packages must be returned prepaid- we do not accept COD packages. All refunds will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase. You should allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
